QUALITY SYSTEM
Quality Control:
DILICN quality system AQL is straitly based on MILTARY STANDARD 105D( EQUIVALENT OF BS 6001,ABS-105 NFX 06-022,DIN 40.080,UNI 48-42).
After Sales Department received customer’s orders,sales department will have a meet with Quality epartment,and then make a Quality Inspection List together as per customer’s requirement.Normally,DILICN’s inspection levels includes Special levels and General levels.Special inspection levels includes Level S-1,Level S-2,Level S-3,Level S-4.Nomally levels includes LevelⅠ,Level Ⅱ,Level Ⅲ.As per MILTARY STANDARD 105D,for light industry products,DILICN takes General Inspection Level.
Before mass production,some samples will be sent to customer as prenatal samples for customer’s approval.After customer confirmed the prenatal samples,the samples will be as the only Inspection Standard for mass’s inspection.
After mass production finished,DILICN QC will inspect goods straitly as per MILTARY STANDARD 105D/Quality Inspection List/ prenatal samples.After QC inspected the mass,QC will make a QC Report and send it to Sales Department, General Manager and customer.After received customer’s feedback,General Manager will confirm the report ,and then G.manager sign this order to ship to customer.
