Dilicn Quality Systerm is composed of Sales Department,Production Department,Resource department,Quality Control Department, Post-sale Service Department,& Export forwarder.
Sales department got the details of inquiry will be listed systematically and copied to Department within 1 hour.Production Department or Resource Department will check the inquiry and then feedback the inquiry to Trading department for customer's approval.
After got customer's order,Sales Department will send details of order to Production Department or Resource Department, Quality Control Department and Post-service Department.Production Department or Resource department makes Production schedule or sends purchase contract to cooperation factories,at the same time,Quality Control Department makes a quality control list and send it to Production Department or cooperation factories.When the order is ready,Quality Control Department will arrange QC inspects goods,and thenmakes a quality report. The quality report will be submited to Manager Office.Manager Office will decide to ship goods as per the quality Report.
